ZENR is committed to making our website and app usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. Junk removal should be zero-effort for every customer.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Accessibility is considered in design and development, not added afterward.

What we've built in

Measures currently in place across zenrjunk.com include:

  • Semantic HTML landmarks and a logical heading structure on every page
  • Full keyboard operability for menus, forms, accordions and the quote flow
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and icons
  • Color contrast meeting or exceeding AA ratios on text and controls
  • Visible focus states and touch targets sized for motor accessibility
  • Reduced-motion support: animations are disabled when your device requests it
  • Forms with programmatically associated labels and clear error messages

Phone-first alternative

Every service we offer online is equally available by phone. If any part of the site is difficult to use, call (516) 749-2207 and we'll take care of everything — quote, booking and updates — by voice or text, whichever works for you.

Known limitations

Photo uploads depend on your device's camera and file picker. If you cannot submit photos, our team can prepare a quote from your description by phone instead.
