Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of zenrjunk.com, the ZENR app, and our junk removal services. By requesting a quote or booking a pickup, you agree to them.
Quotes
Photo quotes are free and carry no obligation. A quote reflects the items shown in your photos and the access details you describe. If additional items are added on the day of service, or conditions differ materially from what was described (for example, undisclosed stairs or items), the price may be adjusted — we will always tell you the new price and get your approval before doing the work.
If your items take up less truck space than estimated, we charge you less than the quoted price.
Scheduling & access
You agree to provide safe, legal access to the items at the scheduled time, including any building requirements (elevator reservations, certificates of insurance, parking arrangements) communicated in advance. If we arrive and cannot access the items, a reasonable trip fee may apply.
Items we cannot accept
We cannot transport hazardous materials, including paint, solvents, chemicals, fuels, oil tanks, asbestos, full propane tanks, medical waste, ammunition or explosives. You agree not to include such items in loads, and you remain responsible for any items concealed within materials we haul.
Ownership & disposal
Items become ZENR's property once loaded onto our truck. We make reasonable efforts to donate and recycle, but we cannot guarantee any particular item will be donated, recycled, or directed to a specific organization. Donation receipts are provided when items are accepted by a charity.
Double-check items before we load them. We are not responsible for items removed at your direction that you later wish to recover, though we will make reasonable efforts to help if you contact us promptly.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work. No deposits are required for standard residential jobs. Commercial accounts may have separate written terms.
Liability
ZENR is licensed and insured. We take care in your home and will repair or fairly compensate verified damage caused by our crew's negligence, reported within 48 hours of service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the job, except where law provides otherwise.
Job tracking & communications
By providing your phone number you consent to receive service-related text messages (quotes, scheduling, status updates). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; doing so may limit our ability to coordinate your pickup.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted at zenrjunk.com/terms at the time of your booking applies to that job.
